Your renders would not happen to be in .png format, would they. The game is at v01 and is already 1GB. If your renderes are in png, look into switching to lossy webp. Your renders are renders and not pixel art.
png is only good for buttons and ui elements. Anything coming out of a rending app should be compressed lossy with webp and appropriate settings. You can even get away with half the size of jpg in many cases.
From my understanding, the rendering app did practically the opposite of what lossy webp will do. So it should compress fantastically. It used math to flesh out the picture and render the model. So math should be able to compress it even better than a natural picture.
This was a nice start with some interesting beginnings. But if I can suggest, you should add some kind of opening that actually explains who we are, who certain other characters are in relation to us and what's going on. I spent most of the game confused as to how I should read things because I'm lacking context cues.
Also, Agnes is a terrible name, maybe consider renaming her.

Agnes is a Greek name meaning "pure" or "holy". It is pretty rare name compared to other characters in the AVNs, so I understand you feel that way :D
Yeah, I get you have a story to tell, but a basic opening would be nice. Who are the characters? What's their relationship to the MC? Why am I supposed to care about them?
And I know about the name, but it's an old womans name.
If you like the name Agnes, keep it. Not every Agnes is a granny. Those who think so are unaware of people like Agnes Hedengard, who looks like she could be the picture beside the dictionary definition of "fashion model", or Agyness Deyn, who was born as a Laura, but intentionally chose a variation of the name Agnes when she was literally an international supermodel in the 2000s. You're the one doing the work on this story; remember that you have to make something that you enjoy, first and foremost, or else what's the point? Good luck. Be well!

It's a mix between PNG and JPG if I recall... However, for the second chapter, I'll switch to JPG for a smaller size.
